Macaroni and Tomatoes

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp green pepper
  • 1 cup stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese



Step 1

Melt butter in a skillet; add onions and pepper. Fry until tender. Add tomatoes, peppers, and salt; simmer. Place cooked macaroni in a greased casserole. Put onion, tomatoes, and peppers on tip. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of this. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
