Cucumber Salad

Combine cucumbers, onions and peppers Combine rest of ingredients and pour over cucumber mixture
- 7 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 tsp celery seeds
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
Pineapple Cheese Braids

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water
- 2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110 to 115 degrees)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 5 tbs sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 1/4 to 4 1/2 cups flour
- Pineapple Filling
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3 tbs cornstarch
- Cream Cheese Filling
- 2 packages (8 oz each) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbs lemon juice

- Icing (optional)

Shrimp Fried Rice Cups

1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- nonstick cooking spray for the pan
- 2 TBS canola oil
- 1 small red onion, diced small
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced small
- 1 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 1/2 cups cooked medium-grain rice, cooled
- 1 TBS sliced scallions, plus more for garnish
- 12 peeled and deveined large shrimp, left whole, plus 8-ounces peeled and deveined large shrimp, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 TBS soy sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 2 TSP sesame oil
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- red pepper flakes, for sprinkling
- kosher salt
Breakfast Egg Casserole

Beat eggs well with half and half
- 1 pkg frozen hash browns (30 oz. bag)
- 12 eggs
- 1 lb. cooked sausage, bacon or ham, sliced or crumbled
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 cups diced onions
- 1 cup diced green peppers
- 2 cups Murian blend grated cheese or cheddar
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instant Pot Meatloaf Mashed Potatoes

1. Start by laying the quartered potatoes in the bottom of your pressure cooker in an even layer
- FOR THE MEATLOAF:
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup honey bbq sauce
- FOR THE MEATLOAF TOPPING:
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 2 TBS mustard
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- FOR THE POTATOES:
- 3 lbs. yellow potatoes, washed and quartered
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup half and half
- 4 TBS butter
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic powder

1. Add water to the Instant Pot
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 3/4 lbs uncooked thawed boneless, skinless chicken breasts or boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 pound baby carrots (the thicker kind) or whole peeled carrots
- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 1 1/2 lb. red potatoes
