Instant Pot Cincinnati Chili

1. Turn your Instant Pot to saute
- 1 TBS canola oil
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 onion diced fine
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 6 ounces of tomato paste
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 3 cups of beef stock
- 3 TBS chili powder
- 1 TBS cumin
- 2 TBS cocoa powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
UPSIDE DOWN CHERRY COBBLER

CREAM TOGETHER 1/2 CUP SUGAR AND BUTTER
- 1/4 CUP BUTTER
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1/8 TSP. SALT
- 1 (303) CAN RED SOUR CHERRIES (WATER PACKED)
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 CUP MILK
New England Clam Chowder

Saute onions and bacon together in a large Dutch oven (or saute onions in butter until onions are soft)
- 2 (6 oz. ) cans minced clams, undrained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 slices chopped bacon or 2 TBS. butter
- 4 medium potatoes, finely diced
- 3 TBS. parsley flakes
- 3 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 TBS cornstarch
- 4 cups milk
- salt and pepper to taste.
Chicken Veggie Casserole

In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, thyme, salt and pepper
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 2 cups sliced cooked potatoes
Creamy Chocolate Cake Roll

Place egg whites in a small bowl; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 2 tbs sugar
- Cream Filling/Frosting
- 1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 pkg (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- Chocolate Raspberry Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp almond extract
Strawberry Spinach Salad

For dressing, zest lemon to measure 1/2 tsp
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbs white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- Salad
- 1/2 medium cucumber
- 1/4 small red onion
- 1 bag (6 oz.)
- 8 oz. fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Taste of Home Apple Cinnamon Rolls

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt
- 4 1/2 to 5 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 3 eggs
- FILLING
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 TBS ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cold butter
- 1 cup grated peeled apple
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- GLAZE
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 TBS milk
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a round 9" cake pan
- FOR THE TOPPING
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 20-oz. pineapple rings in juice
- stemless maraschino cherries

- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice (from can used for topping)

- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
