Spaghetti Pie

1. Cook spaghetti and drain (should be about 3 cups) 2
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 TBS grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes with green peppers
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
Chicken Club Pasta Salad

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 8 oz. corkscrew-shaped pasta
- 3/4 cup italian-style salad dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 12 slices crispy, cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cubed Muenster cheese
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 8 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado-peeled, pitted, and chopped
Ultimate Scalloped Potatoes

Grease a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish with the butter; set aside
- 1 tsp butter, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Meatballs

Mix hamburger, soup mix, bread crumbs, and eggs
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
- 1 Heinz bottle full water
- 1 13 oz can sweet sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
Baked Pot Roast & Gravy

Place roast in a roasting pan; sprinkle with salt and meat tenderizer to taste
- 3 to 4 pound beef pot roast
- salt and meat tenderizer to taste
- 2 10 3/4 oz. golden mushroom soup, divided
- 1 1/2 oz package onion soup mix
- 3 1/4 cup water, divided
- 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 16-oz pkg. baby carrots
- 1 to 2 onions, sliced
Mushroom Green Bean Casserole

In a skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in butter
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 jar (16 ounces) process cheese sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 pkg (16 ounces each) frozen French-style green beans, thawed, drained
- Slivered almonds
Ham and Egg favorite
By ksgroves
Set electric skillet to 300 degrees
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
Seafood Salad
By ksgroves
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, except for salad greens and Old Bay or paprika
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni (cooked)
- 1-2 cups shrimp (cooked) or 1-2 cup crab (cooked) or 1-2 cup lobster (cooked)
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tbs capers
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
- Old Bay Seasoning (optional) or paprika (optional)

Thaw hash browns for 5 minutes in microwave on medium setting
- 1/2 large bag of loose hash browns
- 1 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
