Garden Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 4 russet potatoes
- 2 tbs butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 tsp dried parsley, optional
- salt and pepper
Plum Cake

Mix sugar and oil; add eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 oz. red food coloring
- 2 small jars baby food plums with tapioca
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 3 eggs
Steak Bites

1. Place all ingredients, except steak, in a large ziplock baggie
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 TBS dried basil
- 1 TBS dried parsley
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch pieces
Almond Hershey Cake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make cake according to directions on box
- Frosting:
- 1 Swiss or German chocolate cake mix
- eggs, oil, and water called for in cake mix ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 7-oz Almond Hershey bars
- 1 12-oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Dijon Chicken Salad

In bowl, combine the first six ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds

CHERRY DUMPLINGS

COMBINE THE SUGAR, CHERRIES, BUTTER, AND WATER IN A CASSEROLE DISH AND BRING TO A BOIL
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 2 CUP CHERRIES
- 2 TBSP BUTTER
- 2 1/2 CUPS WATER
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1/8 TSP SALT
- 1/2 CUP MILK
- 2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Scampi Pasta

1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions and drain well
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. cajun seasoning
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1/4 milk white wine OR chicken stock if you don't want to use alcohol
- 1/4 freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 TBS salted butter
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 garlic cloves, pressed or grated
- salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 TBS chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
