Paula Deen's Salmon Salad

Directions In a large bowl, gently toss together the salmon and crushed hard-boiled eggs
- 2 cups salmon, cooked and flaked
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, crushed
- 1 red bell peppers or 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 4 -5 tablespoons mayonnaise, enough to moisten
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
BAKED PORK STEAK

Place in hot oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes
- Set oven temperature at 375°F.
- Place pork steaks, either with bone or without, in baking pan lined with foil. Cover with thinly sliced onions and garlic; spray lightly with olive oil spray. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, and a pinch of paprika.

- One 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- One 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
