In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, mayonnaise and salt

- 2 (8-ounce) tilapia fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mom’s Chicken Enchiladas

- 2-3 cups of cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

Whisk together flour, cornstarch, dry potato flakes, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
