- 6 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 large red potatoes, scrubbed, cut into large cubes
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled, cut into large cubes
- 1 carrot, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 parsnips, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 large red onion, peeled and cut into 1/8ths
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Directions Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- Kosher salt
- One 6-ounce box jumbo pasta shells
- Nonstick spray
- 8 ounces lean ground beef
- 8 ounces sweet Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
- 1 large carrot, scrubbed well, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- Two 28-ounce cans crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- One 5-ounce box baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cups part skim ricotta
- 1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
Bubba's Tiny Chocolate Key Lime Pies

- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted, plus more for greasing pans
- 2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice or juice of regular limes
- 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 2 key limes or 1 regular lime, zest finely grated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- Whipped cream, for garnish, recipe follows
- Milk chocolate curls, for garnish
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
Tuna cornbread Cakes

- 1 pkg buttermilk cornbread Mix
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 2 Tab mayonaise
- 3 green onions
- 3 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tab copped parsley
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 foil pouches herb &garlic Tuna
- 3 Tab. butter
- 3 Tbs. veg oil
- 1 .Heat oven 425. combine cornbread mix and Milk.
- 2 .Bake 425 degrees Sg.8 inch pan. 15 Mins.
- 3 . Stir in Mayonaise and next 5 ingredients.
- 4 . Crumble cornbread, 2 cups, Fold cornbread crumbs and Tuna and into Mayonaise mixture, Blend Shape into patties. Cook in butter/olive oil 2-3 mins. per side. Serve with Aioli Sauce.
- Lemon Aioli
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp lemon Zest
- 1 Tab lemon juice, fresh
- 1/4 tsp.salt & pepper
- combine,chill.will keep 3 days
