Steam Brussels Sprouts 3 to 4 minutes until tender, slice large ones into quarters, small ones in half
- 12 oz Brussels Sprouts
- 1 Apple, crisp type, diced
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds (optional)
- 1 tsp Thyme, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Savory Dip Using A Dry Dip Package

This recipe will work for any of those small dry dip package you can buy in gift shops
- 1 Tblsp Dry dip (Can use 2 for stronger taste)
- 1 Cup (8 fluid OZ) Sour Cream (Regular or Light)
- 2 Tbsp Wine Vinegar

- 30 gm (1 Oz) butter
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- 175 gm (5.25 Oz) lancashire (Mild Cheddar) cheese, grated
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 slices bread (Firmer is better)
