  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk
  • Remaining ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 3/4 cup (1/4-inch-thick) slices carrot
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
