Chili Dip

Layer above in a pie pan in order given
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
- 8 oz. cheese (taco cheese)
Men's Delight Salad

Dissolve jello and marshmallows in 1 cup hot water
- 1 sm box lime jello
- 15 lg. marshmallows
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 c. pineapple
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. nuts
Papaya and Banana Blend

Combine all ingredients
- 2 tbsp Hiya Papaya **
- 2 tbsp mashed banana
Peachy Mango Rice Cereal

- 4 tbsp prepared rice cereal
- 2 tbsp Mango Tango **
- 2 tbsp Just Peachy Purée **
Chicken Salad

Combine chicken, pineapple, nuts and celery
- 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken or canned, diced
- 1 (9-oz.) can
- (1 c.) pineapple tidbits
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1/2 c. celery diced
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 baked (8-inch) deep pastry shell
- 3 T. grated sharp American cheese
Suet Pudding

Mix well the sugar, suet, milk, egg, rainsins, baking powder, cinnamon and allspice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. suet (shaved pieces)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- Flour
Instant Hot Chocolate Mix

Combine all ingredients well
- 1-9.6 oz. box instant non-fat dry milk
- 1-1 lb. box Nestle's Quik
- 1-6 oz. jar non-dairy coffee creamer
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Wassail

Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven
- 2 qts. apple juice
- 2 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1-3 inch stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp. whole cloves
Onion Soup

Melt butter in saucepan. Brown onions
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 c. thinly sliced onions
- 1 tsp. flour
- 3 c. beef broth
- 4 slices French bread, lightly toasted
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Beet Juice Jelly

Bring to a hard boil the beet juice, lemon juice and Sure Jell
- 6 c. beet juice
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 boxes Sure Jell
- 6 oz. box raspberry Jell-o
- 2 1/2 lbs. beets, cooked
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
