Twice Baked Potatoes
By dkosik
Mix all ingredients, except butter and corn flakes or bread crumbs
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 5-6 green onions, chopped
- 1 large pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1/2 to 1 stick butter
- Corn flakes or bread crumbs
Vegetable Dip

Soften cream cheese; blend with sour cream, mayonnaise and cheddar cheese until well blended
- 1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 env. onion soup mix
Molded Cranberry Relish

Spinkle gelatin over 1 cup juice in saucepan and let stand for 5 minutes to soften
- 2 1/2 env. unflavored gelatin
- 2 c. bottled cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. chopped apple
- 1/2 c. red grapes, quartered and seeded
- 1 orange, sectioned and halved
- 1 c. washed cranberries, minced
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Coconut-Pineapple Hawaiian Cake

Bake cake as directed in oversized cake pan; let cool
- 1 box yellow or golden butter cake mix
- 1-15 oz. can crushed pineapple (light syrup), DRAINED
- 1 box coconut instant pudding (2 c. size)
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1-12 oz. tub Cool Whip
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Easy Turkey Soup

In a large saucepancombine broth, water, thyme and pepper
- 4 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. crushed thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. packaged dried small shell macaroni
- 1 (16 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 c. chopped turkey (chicken may be substituted)
- 2 c. Florida's Natural Premium orange juice
- Orange slices, halved (optional)
- Herb sprigs (optional)
Mrs. Johnston's Punch

Combine 2 cups water, cinnamon and cloves
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. whole cloves
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 2 tsp. orange pekoe tea
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 8-10 c. water
Mushroom Soup

Saute mushrooms in butter until golden, about 3 minutes
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 T. flour
- 2 c. half & half
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken Tetrazzini

Cook spaghetti until tender
- 8 oz. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 8 -oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 4 T. butter
- 3 T. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Milnot
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- Shredded cheddar cheese (to cover)
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Pumkin Roll Up

Mix and beat filling ingredients
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. pumpkin
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6 T. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
