Strawberry Bread

Mix dry ingredients and set aside
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries, undrained
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. chopped pecans, optional
Rosemary Cornish Hen Dinner

Steam broccoli until tender, about 7-10 minutes
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup unseasoned Cornish hen, cooked and chopped
- Pinch of dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
Garlic Honey Brie Appetizer

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 13 oz wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. minced garlic
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced almonds
- 1 bag toasted French bread slices or bagel chips
Daniel's Chicken Dip

Cook chicken breast. Add remainng ingredients in large bowl
- 1 family-size can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 oz chopped jalapenos (or to your liking)
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
- 40 oz chicken breast
- 8 oz pepper jack cheese
- Green pepper, optional
- Garlic, to taste
Peanut Butter Soup

Dilute milk with equal amount of water
- 4 T. fat
- 4 T. flour
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
Pasta Chili Cheese Toss

Saute the peppers with the garlic in olive oil
- 1 to 2 Serrano, jalapeno or Italian peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 T. olive oil
- 8 oz. pasta or pasta with vegetables
- 3 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 3 oz. Romano cheese
- 3 oz. Provolone cheese
German Chocolate Pie

Beat egg whites with crema of tarter and salt until foamy
- Meringue shell:
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Filling:
- 1 pkg. Baker's German sweet Chcolate
- 3 T. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. heavy cream
Homemade Ice Cream

- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. cream
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 T. flour
- 3 pt. whole milk
- 1 tsp. salt

Bake cake mix in a 9x13-inch pan; cool
- Devil's food cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 c. shredded coconut
