Instant Hot Chocolate Mix

Combine all ingredients well
- 1-9.6 oz. box instant non-fat dry milk
- 1-1 lb. vox Nestle's Quik
- 1-6 oz. jar non-dairy coffee creamer
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Corn Casserole (Baked)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray 9 x 13-inch pan
- 15 1/4 oz. can whole corn, undrained
- 16 oz. can cream style corn
- 8 1/2 oz. box corn muffin mix, dry
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
Canned Beets

Cook beets; skin & cut up
- 4 c. beets
- 1 lb. sugar +1 c.
- 1 quart vinegar
Favorite Bean Dip

Set aside enough cheese to cover the top of your dip mixture after it is warmed
- 2 (9-oz) cans Frito's "original flavor" bean dip
- 12 oz sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- Diced onions to taste
- 8 to 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Banana Bread

With wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl
- 3 to 4 ripe bananas, smashed
- 1/3 c melted butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 c flour
Mashed Potato Salad

Peel potatoes and cook, then mash as usual with milk, salt, pepper and butter
- 5 lbs. potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. onions, chopped fairly fine
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped fine (or less?)
- 4 heaping T. prepared mustard (or less)
- 2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 4 to 5 hard-boiled eggs
Minute Boil Fudge

Mix all ingredients, except nuts and vanilla and bring slowly to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly
- 2 1/2 oz. chocolate, cut
- 3 c. sugar
- 7/8 c. milk
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 T. shortening
- 4 T. oleo
- 2 T. corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Southern High Balls

- 5 th of Southern Comfort
- 2-12 oz. cans Minute Maid lemonade
- 2-12 oz. cans water
- 1-2 liter bottle Mountain Dew
Cheesy Potato Soup

Bring bullion and water to boil, add all veggies and simmer 30 minutes
- 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 (1 lb) pkgs. shredded hashbrown potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onions (or 2 T. dried onion)
- 6 chicken bullion cubes
- 6 c. water
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (1 lb) Velveeta cheese cubed
Frozen Creamed Corn

Put all ingredients in pan and cover with milk
- 1 gallon corn, cut off cob, raw
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/4 c. sugar
