Pineapple Stuffing


This sweet dish goes great with ham! I usually double it and use a whole loaf of bread.

  • 12 pieces bread, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (1-pound) can crushed pineapple, juice and all
  • Cinnamon, to taste


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 55mins


Step 1

Combine all ingredients and bake, uncovered, at 350°F degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
