Chocolate Pecan Turtle Clusters

Toss 2 1/2 cups of pecans into a large skillet
- 2 1/2 C pecans
- 1/2 C butter (I use salted)
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C light corn syrup
- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1/2 of a 14 ounce can)
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 (12 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp shortening (I use butter flavored Crisco)
BAKED BEANS

- 2 cans Northern beans
- 1 can butterbeans (small)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1/2 lb smoked bacon
- 1 c ketchup
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c molasses
CHRISTMAS TREE-SHAPED CHEESE BALL

Beat cream cheese, onion, mustard and pepper sauce in large bow
- 3-8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c parsley
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 c walnuts
- 2 T grated onion
- 4-5 drops red pepper sauce

- 16 ounces ricotta
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest, plus a little more for garnish
- 1 teaspoon orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or triple sec, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Taco Seasoning

For one pound of meat use 3 TBS seasoning and 1/4 cup of water
- 2 TBS Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 TBS Cumin
- 1 TBS Onion Powder
- 1 TBS Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 1/2 TBS Paprika
CHARLOTTE’S MASHED POTATOES

CHARLOTTE’S GRAVY TRAIN 2 lb hamburg; browned parsley, salt and pepper cream of chicken soup
- 8 potatoes – mashed
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 Hidden Vally Ranch
- 1-2 c cheddar cheese
- Bake 1 hour.
PEACH DELIGHT

Pour graham crackers and margarine into cake pan
- 2 c crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1 small package Cool Whip
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 c 10X sugar
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 qt fresh sliced peaches
- 1 c water
