Banana Split Pizza

Preheat oven to 350. Press cookie dough into greased 12-14" pizza pan
- 16 16 16 oz sugar cookie dough
- 8 8 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 c sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1 1 banana
- 8 8 8 strawberries
- 2 2 2 sliced rings fresh pineapple (cut into sixths)
- 2 ganache (2 oz bittersweet chocolate, 2 T heavy cream)
Lemon Blueberry Cheesecakes

Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners then place an Oreo into the bottom of each cup
- 12 lemon Oreos
- 2 8-oz. bars cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- pinch of kosher salt
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. blueberry preserves
HAM LOAF

Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs & papper
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp papper
- 6 c milk
- 8 lb pork sausage
- 6 c bread crumbs
- 4 lb ground cooked ham
- Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs & papper. Crumble pork and ham over—mix well. Shape into loaves (makes 4). Bake 450, 45 minutes.
Pecan Pie Bark

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 & 1/4 cups pecan halves
- 2 About 2 packages (approx. 12 sheets) honey graham crackers
CHOCOLATE WALNUT KISSES

Beat margarine, ½ c 10X sugar and vanilla till light and fluffy
- 1 c margarine
- 2 c flour
- 1 package Hershey kisses (5 3/4 oz)
- 1/2 c 10X sugar
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
CHOCOLATE RICE KRISPIES

Line a 13x9 pan with foil; grease bottom and sides
- 10 graham crackers
- 6 T butter or margarine
- 8 squares semisweet choc
- 13 oz Cocoa Pebbles
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
HOT FUDGE SAUCE

Place melted chocolate, cocoa and water in saucepan over low heat
- 12 oz semisweet chips, melted
- 1/2 c cocoa powder
- 3 T corn syrup
- 3/4 c water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 c sugar
MARY JANE’S ORANGE SALAD

Cook until thick. Add 12 oz Cool Whip and oranges
- Combine 1 package tapioca pudding, 1 package vanilla pudding, 1 package orange jello, 2 c water, 1 c juice (from 2 11 oz cans of mandarin oranges).
DANA’S TACO DIP

Melt on low in slow cooker
- 2 cans Hormel chili (no beans)
- 1 large Velveeta
- 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
LEMON PIE (off corn starch box)

Combine corn starch, 1 ¼ c sugar, lemon juice, and lemon rind
- 3 T corn starch
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c boiling water
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 9 ” baked pie shell
- 1 T grated lemon ring
- 6 T sugar
