CHICKEN & RICE

In 1-quart baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 c water
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 c uncooked rice
- 4 chicken breasts
PARMESAN CHICKEN
By cgipe
Preheat oven to 425. Combine may and parmesan
- 4-5 chicken breasts
- 1 c mayo
- 1/2 c parmesan
- Bread crumbs
CRAB IMPERIAL STUFFED POTATOES

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 3 lg. baking potatoes
- 1/2 lb. crabmeat
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten egg whites
Macaroni Salad (Helen Y)

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
- 1/2 lb macaroni
- 4-5 eggs (hard boiled)
- 1 onion (medium size)
- 1 c mayonnaise (Kraft)
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp mustard (French's)
- celery seed
ICE CREAM

Beat and pour into boiling milk, stirring constantly
- Heat 3 c whole milk to boiling. Mix in mixer:
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 to 1 c flour
- 5 1/4 c sugar
PIE CRUST

Work all ingredients with pastry blender
- 1 c flour
- 1/3 – 1/2 c Crisco (butter flavor is OK)
- salt
CRISPY CHOCOLATE SQUARES

Combine marshmallows, peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter in microwaveable bowl
- 10 1/2 oz mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c margarine
- 1 c peanut butter
- 2 c Rice Krispies
- 6 oz semisweet choc chips 1 c peanuts (opt)
FRENCH SILK PIE

Place unsweetened chocolate in double boiler; cook on low until chocolate melts
- 1 1/2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 c butter (don’t substitute)
- 1 c sugar
- graham cracker crust
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 T bourbon
- 3 eggs
- chocolate curls
Homemade Krispy Kremes

In a large measuring jug, combine the milk and boiling water
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 teaspoon dry active yeast
- 8 ounces all-purpose flour ( a little under 2 cups, I recommend you measure and weigh. See my note above)
- 1 1/2 ounces sugar ( about 3 tablespoons)
- 1 egg
- 1 ounce butter, cold to room temperature
- 1 dash salt
- oil
- Glaze
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 tablespoons hot water ( or as needed)
RICE KRISPY PIE CRUST

Stir together the corn syrup, brown sugar and margarine
- 1/4 c corn syrup
- 2 T firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 T margarine
- 2 1/2 c Rice Krispies
