ANGELFOOD CAKE ROLL
- Angel food cake mix
- Filling shown below
Mix angel food cake mix as directed on package. Pour into two jelly roll pans, greased and floured and lined with wax paper. 375, 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Place with wax paper side next to a damp tea towel and roll up jelly roll style. Cool, unroll. Peel off wax paper. Spread with filling:
Pineapple 8 oz cream cheese, 16 oz drained pineapple, 12 oz Cool Whip
Chocolate 8 oz cream cheese 1 c small chocolate chips, 1 c 10X sugar, 1 T cocoa, 12 oz whipped topping.
