- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3/4 cup lukewarm milk

- 3 cups flour

- 5 to 6 ounces chorizo, case removed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen

In a small saucepan, bring the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 3 slices white bakery bread (1 inch thick), halved
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 pound ground turkey
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- One 6-ounce can pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- One 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 whole wheat buns, buttered and toasted

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 teaspoons high quality lemon emulsion/extract
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries

Heat oil in a large pan. Add celery, carrot, onion, and garlic and cook about 5 minutes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 celery, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 6 ounces Italian sausage, skinned
- 1 cup red wine (Merlot or Pinot Nior recommended)
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1/4 teaspoon dry)
