Rolfs Original Swiss Cheese Fondue

In a bowl, combine the cheeses and put aside
- 1/2 pound Emmentaller cheese, grated
- 1/2 pound Le Gruyere cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon water
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 loaf Italian or French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes with crust on one side
Applesauce Carrot Cake

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt
- 2 cups whole grain flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Shrimp and Grits

Curried Sweet Potato-Apple Soup

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 2 -inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg, plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Madras curry powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cups chunky applesauce
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

- BLUEBERRY SYRUP:
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 loaf (1 pound) French bread, cubed
- 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 12 ounces cream cheese, cubed

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, divided

Baked Orange Chicken Meatballs

- For the Meatballs:
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken (See Kelly's Note)

Swedish Meatballs

- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork

Heat the oil in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat until shimmering
- For the tortilla strips:
