Cream Of Asparagus Soup II

Sunny Anderson Cream of Asparagus Soup Recipe
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped, (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pounds asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 pint sour cream, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons Hungarian hot paprika, for garnish

1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Heat oil in a medium skillet
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cheesy Potato Fries | Oh So Delicioso

- !Sour Cream/Ranch Sauce:
- 4-6 Potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Sea Salt, Fresh ground pepper, your favorite seasoning salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup (or as much as you like) Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup real bacon bits
- 1/4 cup green onions

- 1 30-ounce can Italian recipe diced tomatoes
- 1 16-ounce can no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup alphabet macaroni
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cheese to taste
Home Fries

Home Fries with onions and peppers
- For home fries made with raw potatoes
- 2 large raw Russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 1/8-inch thick)
- 1/2 of one large onion, or 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp or more of grapeseed oil, canola oil, peanut oil, or other high smoke-point oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- For home fries made with cooked potatoes
- 2 large Russet potatoes, quartered and boiled for 12 minutes in salted water until just cooked through, drained
- 1/2 of one large onion, or 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp of grapeseed oil, canola oil, peanut oil, or other high smoke-point oil
- 1 Tbsp of bacon fat (optional, omit for vegetarian version)
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Doritos Crusted Chicken

Preheat Place Doritos in a Ziploc bag and beat each strip in the egg mixture and then into the Doritos mixture
- 1 Bag of Doritos, any flavor (I used Nacho Cheese)

Shrimp Fried Rice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
Zuchinni and Sweet Corn Pie

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 ears sweet corn
- 2 large zucchini, sliced thin (about 4 cups)
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces shredded cheese (I used both Mozzarella and Swiss)
