Cheddar Creamed Corn

In a 3 or 4 qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients
- 2 pkg.(one 16 oz, one 12 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Chicken With Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

Pat chicken dry - salt and pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp. oil from Sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup drained sun dried tomatoes, patted dry
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup heavy cream (Use half/half and a little cornstarch, instead)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced basil
