- 2 pkg (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c warm water (110-115 degrees)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c butter softened
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 5 3/4 to 6 1/4 c all purpose flour

- 1 whole garlic bulb

Simple Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

- 1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce, divided
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1-1/2 cups salsa
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 10 flour tortillas (6 inches)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend
- Shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, Daisy Brand® Sour Cream and sliced ripe olives, optional

Cabbage Soup Recipe

In a stockpot, cook the cabbage, celery and onion in water until tender
- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 8 cups water
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Strawberry Cake

In a large bowl, combine the dry cake mix, gelatin powder, water and oil
- 1 package white cake mix (regular size)
- 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
