Brittany's Famous Turkey Sandwich

Great after Thanksgiving use of turkey
- Cranberry Mayonnaise:
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp canned cranberry sauce (chunky kind)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- optional: salt and pepper to taste
- Sandwich:
- Croissants
- thinly sliced apples
- sliced turkey
- brie cheese
- shredded lettuce
- Italian salad dressing
Cocktail Meatballs

Mix first 9 ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 c dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c minced onions
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp snipped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp worchestershire
- 1/3 c shortening
- 1 bottle Chili Sauce
- 1 10oz jar grape jelly

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
