- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

- 1 14 oz jar marshmallow creame
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
PINA COLADA FLUFF

Combine pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple in a large bowl
- 1 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain!)
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip (I used lite) - thawed
- 1 tsp rum extract
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (your favorite)

- 16 oz pkg egg noodles cooked
- 24 oz sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz shedded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz shedded mozzarella cheese
- 1 sleeve round butter crackers crushed
- 1/4 cup margarine melted
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat season chicken with 1 tablespoon Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb then add
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons Mrs Dash Garlic & Heb Seasoning
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables thawed
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup minute rice uncooked
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan & Romano cheese
