Giant Chocolate Chip Caramel Skillet Cookie 0 Picture


  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Hershey's Caramel Kisses
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*
melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heart
pour melted butter into a mixing bowl and set skillet aside
stir brown sugar into the melted butter
add eggs and vanilla mix well
add flour, baking soda and salt
mix until combined
stir in chocolate chips and Hershey kisses
press half of the cookie dough into the skillet and cover with caramel sauce
then top with the remaining cookie dough, pressing evenly around pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and caramel is bubbly
