Savory Chicken Rice Skillet 0 Picture


  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Mrs Dash Garlic & Heb Seasoning
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables thawed
  • 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup minute rice uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan & Romano cheese



Step 1

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat
season chicken with 1 tablespoon Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb then add chicken to skillet
cook chicken 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through
remove chicken and keep warm
add onions to skillet and cook until tender,
stir in 1 tablespoon Mrs Dash seasoning
blend vegetables, chicken broth, and water
bring to a boil
stir in rice , cover and remove from heat
let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed
add sour cream and cheese, stir to blend
serve topped with chicken
