Step 1

1- Boil-Peel-Shred potatoes
2-Layer shredded potatoes, S & P and cheese in casserole dish.
3-Repeat layers as needed.
4-Pour cream into casserole dish, filling almost to cover the potatoes.
5-Dot with butter.
