Heat broiler. Cook the pasta according to the package directions
- 3/4 pound medium pasta shells (about 5 cups)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups coarsely grated Cheddar or Gruyýre (8 ounces)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 16-ounce bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed

- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. old bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (5-oz.) aluminum foil pouches herb-and-garlic-flavored light tuna chunks
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- lemon aioli
Bisquick Oatmeal Pancakes (Mary Ellen)

- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 3 cups hot water from tap
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick

1. Remove and discard root ends and dark green top of leek
- 1 large leek
- 6 bacon slices
- 1 large sweet onion, minced
- 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (2-lb.) acorn squash
- Assorted multigrain and vegetable chips
- Garnish: chopped fresh chives
Raspberry Tiramisu Bites

1. Microwave raspberry preserves in a small microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 20 seconds
- 3 tablespoons seedless raspberry preserves
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur
- 1 (3-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 ladyfingers, halved crosswise
- 8 fresh raspberries
- Garnish: fresh mint sprigs
Slow-Cooker Bolognese Sauce

Heat butter in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until foaming
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped fine
- 1/2 rib celery, chopped fine
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp. tomato paste
- 3 lb. meat-loaf mix or 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck and
- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
- salt and pepper
- 3 c. whole milk
- 3 c. dry white wine
- 2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, ground in blender until smooth
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

Stir flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in large bowl
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup butter - cut in
- 1 tsp. orange peel
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 1/2 cup cranberries
Sweet and Spicy Baby Back Ribs

1. Sauté first 3 ingredients in hot oil in a small saucepan over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until tender
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (12-oz.) bottle chili sauce
- 1 (8-oz.) bottle hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard
- 1 to 3 1 to 3 tsp. hot sauce
- 2 slabs baby back ribs (about 5 lb.)
