Double Dutch Cookies

Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy; blend in egg and vanilla
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup M&Ms
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
Cheesy Basil-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 425 degrees
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 to 8 oz. each)
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup quick-cooking or instant wild rice (see Ingredient Note)
- 3 cups shredded cooked turkey or chicken (12 ounces; see Tip)

- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 T butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Butterscotch: use 1/2 cup brown sugar instead of white.
Blueberry-Pecan Pancake Mix
