Soft And Chewy Chocolate Drops

Cookies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cookies:
- 4 sq. Baker’s unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1/3 c. (1-1/2 sticks) butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- Glaze:
- 1 c. (8 oz.) frozen cool whip whipped topping
- 6 sq. Baker’s semi-sweet baking chocolate

Brown meat and onion; add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes
- 1/2 pound hamburger
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Dash of garlic powder
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 T salt

- 1 stalk of celery, sliced

Heat oven to 400° F. In a large bowl, combine the beef, stuffing, egg, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (preferably chuck)
- 2 cups cooked stuffing, roughly chopped
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
- 10 ounces baby arugula (about 6 cups)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/3 plus 8 teaspoons sugar

- 5 large egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 ounces white chocolate, chopped
