- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 6 (6-oz.) bone-in center-cut pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick), trimmed
- 6 peaches, halved and pitted

- 1 1/2 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, quartered lengthwise, and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices; rinsed well in 3 or 4 changes of cold water and drained well
- 1/3 c. low-sodium chicken broth
