- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups sugar, divided
- 2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter (not spread or tub product)
- ground cinnamon

Homemade Italian bread topped with herbs, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese
- Bread:
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast (can use instant)
- 1 cup warm water (120*F)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup prepared Italian salad dressing*
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- Dash pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 16 oz. Cooked Chicken or Turkey, Diced
- 1 cup Frozen Vegetables (Peas / Carrots / Corn .... or any that you prefer)

- 1/2 can Skim Milk
- 1/2 can Water
- 10 slices Bread
- 10 tsp. Butter or Margarine

1. Preheat oven to 400°F
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 pounds)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 jar (1 pound 10 ounces) RAGÚ® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)

1. In Mixing bowl add all Cobbler ingredients and stir well
- COBBLER:
- 1 20 oz. Can Sliced Apples
- Divide into:
