Cincinnati Chili

1. Crumble beef into a large, nonstick skillet and cook over medium-high heat
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 (15-ounce) can reduced-sodium tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper, or to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 6 cups uncooked spaghetti, cooked according to package directions (3 cups cooked)
- 1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, heated
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Easy Chicken Fettuccine

1. Cook fettuccine as directed on package; drain
- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil spread
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cherry-Cheese Coffee Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Powdered Sugar Glaze (optional):
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
- 2 cans (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup cherry pie filling (or any flavor - pictured with apple)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 - 2 tbsp. Water (can substitute flavoring for part of water)

- 2 lbs tilapia fillets
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon tsps cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon tsps Old Bay Seasoning
- AIOLI:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (low fat or Miracle Whip)
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
