Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 4 slices pepperoni, or to taste - divided

Cut three 25x3-in. strips of heavy-duty foil; crisscross so they resemble spokes of a wheel
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup crushed saltines (about 10 crackers)
- 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1/2 pound reduced-fat bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
No Roll Apple Pie Crust

Directions While butter is melting, mix the other ingredients for the crust in a bowl
- Crust:
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 3 C. flour
- 1/2 C. sugar
- pinch of salt
- Filling:
- 6 apples, cut up into pieces
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbs. butter
Lemonade Cheesecake

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, whip cream cheese until smooth
- 2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- Zest of 2 lemons, divided
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 c. whipped topping, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- kosher salt
- 1 premade graham cracker crust
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds and quartered

- 1 In 3 1/2- to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker, mix beef, onion, soups, mushrooms and pepper.
- 2 Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is very tender.
- 3 Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir sour cream into beef mixture. Serve over noodles.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (about 10 ounces), thawed
- 1-1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
- 1 tube (4 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls

- Topping suggestions:
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 16-oz. jar Picante Sauce (i.e. Pace)
- 1 envelope Taco seasoning
- 8-12 tortillas
- sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, sliced ripe olives, hot sauce, hot peppers, tomatoes, etc.

- ⅔ cup maple syrup, or dark corn syrup
- ½ cup cream, warm to the touch
