Chocolate Chip Cookies Made With Bread Flour

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl
- 1 3/4 cup bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- sea salt to sprinkle optional

Make cheese sauce: Melt butter in a small sauce pan, and then add flour and stir well
