Rockin' Rhubarb Pie

Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 15 oz. pkg. pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
- 4 C. chopped fresh rhubarb
- 3 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 2 C. white sugar
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 C. Half & Half cream
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 Tbs. half-and-half cream
- 1 Tbs. white sugar
Eggnog Poke Cake

Preheat oven to 350º and grease and flour a 9-x-13" cake pan
- Cooking spray, for pan
- 1 box vanilla cake mix, plus ingredients called for on box
- 2 boxes vanilla pudding mix
- 2 1/2 c. eggnog
- 1/2 c. spiced rum
- 3 c. whipped topping, such as cool whip
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
