- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Muir Glen organic fire roasted crushed tomoatoes
- 1 cup Progresso chicken broth
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch chunks
- 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup uncooked converted rice
- 1 T ground oregano

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef I use 90% lean
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 14.5 ounce can beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
