Directions Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- 5 lb. red potatoes, diced
- 4 eggs
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 16 oz. jar sweet pickles, cubed
- 3/4 Tbs. prepared mustard
- 3/4 C. mayonnaise
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. white sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
S’mores Pizza Roll-Up

Step 1 Heat oven to 400°F
- 1 can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 1/2 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 7 tablespoons marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Butter Pecan Cheesecake

In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar and butter; set aside ⅓ cup for topping
- CRUST:
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup finely chopped pecans
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- FILLING:
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (see NOTES)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Maryland Crab Cakes

Directions Trim crusts from bread and lay slices on a shallow platter
- 6 slices white bread
- 3/4 C. olive oil
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 lb. crabmeat
- Paprika
- 3 Tbs. butter
Strawberry Filled Cupcakes & Cream Cheese Frosting

1. Preheat over to 350°
- CUPCAKE INGREDIENTS
- Boxed cake mix (I use this kind)
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter (not margarine)
- 1 cup of water
- STRAWBERRY FILLING INGREDIENTS
- One jar of high-end strawberry jelly or preserves (my favorite)
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Mix with food processor or mixer until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING INGREDIENTS
- 10 Tbsp butter, slightly firm but not cold
- 10 oz cream cheese, cold
- 2 1 /2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 cups powdered sugar
Hummingbird Dump Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 20 ounces cans crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- ½ – 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 – 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or apple pie spice
- 1 2-layer-size package white or yellow cake mix
- ¾ cup (12 tablespoons) butter, cut into small pieces

- 2 sticks butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups sifted self-rising flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup flaked, sweetened coconut
- 1 1/2 cups sugar

Slow-Cooker White Chicken Chili

1 Cut chicken in to bite-sized pieces and place in a slow cooker
- 1 can (15 oz) white or great northern beans
- 1 1/2 pounds uncooked chicken breast
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cans (11 oz) canned corn with peppers
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ Green Chiles
- Shredded mexican cheese, optional, for garnish
- Tortilla chips, optional, for garnish
- Sour cream, optional, for garnish
- Chopped green onion, optional, for garnish
- Chopped tomatoes, optional, for garnish

Breakfast sausage rolls

In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 egg roll wrappers
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
- 6 links sausage, cooked
- 2 cups oil (for frying)

- 1 tube jumbo bake-off butter biscuits, from the dairy aisle of market (recommended: Grands by Pillsbury)
- Sweet paprika, for sprinkling
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast pieces, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 ribs celery and greens from the heart, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- Salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded potatoes, ready to cook hash browns, available in sacks on dairy aisle
- 1 pint half-and-half or cream
- 1 quart chicken stock, available in boxes on soup aisle
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg, a healthy grating
