  • 2 2 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • Gochujang glaze:
  • 3 3 3 tbsp apricot jam
  • 2 2 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 1 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 1 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 2 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 1 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 1/2 2 tsp granulated garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • mustard pickled onions:
