Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bundt Cake

To Make the Cake: Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 1 box dark chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 3.4 ounce box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream, reduced-fat is fine
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 4 ounces semisweet baking chocolate, broken into pieces, must be baking chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

To make a rub, mix together the salt, pepper, brown sugar, smoked paprika, and chipotle chile powder
- Ribs:
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
- 2 slabs St. Louis–cut ribs (about 2 pounds each)
- Cracked black pepper, for garnish
- Peppery Barbecue Sauce:
- 1 cup canned tomato sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt
Chicken Fingers

This uses an overnight marinade in the refrigerator
- 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 4 cups of bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of vegetable shortening
- Your favorite dipping sauce
Sweet Pepper & Onion Relish {Copycat Recipe}

Place all the ingredients, except for the pectin, in a large stock pot
- 6 cups tomatoes, skinned, seeded and diced (first blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds for easy peeling)
- 6 cups red bell peppers, seeded and diced
- 4 cups yellow onion, diced
- 4 jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 5 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 4 tablespoons pectin (recommended: Ball's Classic Realfruit Pectin)
- See NOTE if relish turns out too runny.

- Makes enough for 1, 9-inch 4 layer cake plus decoration or enough icing for a 9- x 13- inch pan with decoration. (Makes 6 cups):
- 2 cups Crisco Shortening (can use hi-ratio shortening, if desired) or butter
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup) butter, slightly soft but not mushy or shortening
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 pounds (8 cups) powdered sugar, sifted (measure, then sift)
- 2 tablespoons meringue powder, optional - add only if you want the buttercream to crust
- > For 2 layers or 24 cupcake (Makes 3 cups):
- 1 cup Crisco Shortening (can use hi-ratio shortening, if desired) or butter
- 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter, slightly soft not mushy or shortening
- 2 tablespoons (1/8 cup) to 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound (4 cups) powdered sugar, sifted (measure than sift)
- 1 tablespoon meringue powder, optional - add only if you want the buttercream to crust
