- 12 ounces flank steak, trimmed, sliced lengthwise into 2- to 2 1/2-inch strips, each strip sliced crosswise 1/4 inch thick
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 anchovy fillets, rinsed, patted dry, and minced
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 pound fresh or 8 ounces dried lo mein noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick on bias
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 6 cups napa cabbage, sliced crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
- 7 scallions, cut on bias into 1-inch lengths

Tex Mex Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Nuggets with Homemade Ranch

Preheat oven to 425. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for Tex Mex Seasoning
- Chicken Nugget Ingredients:
- 1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 16 large jalapeños, halved with all the insides removed
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 package of bacon, each piece sliced in half
- 1 Tbs Tex Mex Seasoning*
- Honey for drizzling
- Chipotle Ranch Ingredients:
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 Tbs finely chopped parsley
- 1 Tbs finely chopped chives
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
- 1 Tbs onion powder
- 1 tsp chipotle pepper, ground (paprika can be substituted)
- *Tex Mex Seasoning:
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

In a large bowl combine steak, potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic, and seasonings and toss to combine
