Pressure Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

Directions Rinse the corned beef under cold water to remove excess salt and gel
- 3 pound flat cut corned beef brisket with seasoning packet
- 4 cups of beef broth
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 6 medium red potatoes, quartered
- 3 large carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 small cabbage, cut into 6 wedges
Mississippi Mud Brownies

To make the brownies, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- For the brownies:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups cocoa powder (I use Hershey's Special Dark)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder, optional
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- For the frosting:
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (I use Hershey's Special Dark)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Chocolate Cherry Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- 2-3 ripe bananas (approx 1 cup mashed)
- 4 Tbls butter softened
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 c light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1 large tart baking apple (such as Granny Smith), peeled, cored, cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 3 Tbsp dried currants
- 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts

- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed OR 2 pâte brisée dough recipes (enough for a double crust pie)
- 2 Tbsp butter, cut into bits

The Ultimate Savory Chicken Pot Pie

- Pie Crust:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup ice water, or just enough to form a ball
- Filling:
- 1 lb. (about 2) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup frozen green peas (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

- 18 Ounce Bottle Bbq Sauce (I use Wal-Mart brand in Honey style)
- 1 Small Can Mexican Style Rotel (or use 1 cup of any salsa)
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Texas Bbq Rub (you can add more if you want more spice)
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice (you can use orange)(I also use crushed pinapple)
- 2 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbls Mustard (yellow prepared)
- 2 Bottles of Water From the Empty Ketchup Bottle
- 1 Can Water From Empty Rotel Can
