- 1 Sheet Puff Pastry (1/2 of a Package)

- 1/2 C All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Cups Peeled, diced apples
- 1 C Chopped Pecans
- 2 T Margarine

Baked Potato with Cheese and Bacon

- 4 Medium Yellow Potatoes, peeled and cubed, about 3/4 inches
- 1 Large Yellow Onion, peeled and chopped

- 6 Streaks Smoked Bacon, diced
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 8 ounces Shredded Cheese (such as, Applewood Smoked Cheddar)
