- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp. bourbon
- 1/3 c. Creole or grainy Dijon mustard

Ham & Bean Soup

Overnight Soak: Rinse and sort the beans
- 1 lb. dried white beans
- 6-8 cups of water
- 12 tsp olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 3 carrots, peeled and diced
