Southern-Style Biscuits

- Flakey salt (such as Maldon), for sprinkling

Grandma’s Soup-to-Nuts Casserole

In a large stock pot over medium heat, melt the butter
- 1 - 12 oz. package wide egg noodles, cooked, drained
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 - 10.5 oz. can Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 - 10.5 oz. can Campbell’s® Condensed Chicken Noodle Soup
- 1 - 10.5 oz. can Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- salt & pepper, to taste
Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup

In a large saucepan, melt butter; add flour to make a roux; cook for about 1 minute
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. half and half (found next to the heavy cream)
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 T. chicken base, or 2 chicken bullion cubes, crushed
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 1/2 c. chopped rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 c. cooked and chopped bacon
- 1 c. cubed ham
- 2 c. grated Swiss cheese (can substitute Cheddar, Gruyere, or Jarlsberg)

- 1 cup packed brown sugar

- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Sticky Garlic Ginger Beef Stir Fry
