- 6 6 1/4 + 1/4 cups good quality hot beef stock
- 4-8 4-8 4-8 slices (depending on size) French bread (or your favorite artisan bread)
- 1 1 1 packed cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 2 2 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
