- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (150g)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk room temperature referred (175ml)
- Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (170g)
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature (226g)
- 2 cups powdered sugar (320g)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions Preheat the oven to 400ºF
- 4 slices whole wheat bread, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts, torn or chopped into 2-inch pieces
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
