Mom's Easy Brisket

Mix onion soup and sauce in bowl

- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 jar homemade chili sauce
Strawberry Meringue Pie

With egg beater, whisk egg whites until thick (but not too thick)
- 4 eggs, separated
- 13 ounces sugar
- 2 lbs strawberries
- 2 cups whipping cream
Killer Bread

Preheat broiler. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan and garlic in large bowl to blend
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated-3 oz.
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced.
- 1 ll round sourdough bread, halved horizontally
- Butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped or 2tsp. dried and crumbled
Farfel Pudding

Pour farfel in colander. Pour water on top and drain
- 5 cups Matzoh farfel
- 2 to 3 tablespoons margarine
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 green apples
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Lamb chop marinade

- 3/4 cup rice

- 1 3/4 cups water

- 1 cup rice, per 2 people
- 16 ounces sour cream
- Jack cheese, shredded
- 7 ounces green chili, diced
- 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
Mozzarella Marinara

- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, beaten

- 1 graham cracker pie crust
